All orders placed within the Metropolitan Region of Chile, remote communes and within the Fifth Region of Chile, will be sent with Paket the next business day after purchase.

All orders placed to other regions of Chile will be sent via Starken PAYABLE.

At the moment, shipments are not made outside of Chile.

No changes or returns are made on request, since we do not have a physical store to carry out this procedure.

Exchanges and returns are made in cases of size errors, garment defects or incorrect shipping by our team.

The buyer must ensure that their shipping data is entered completely and correctly, since if a route change request is required from Starken, the buyer will be responsible for these costs.
