Frequently Asked Questions
In its beginnings, MH Mossé only sold unique and exclusive garments designed and made in our small workshop in Santiago.
Currently, exclusive garments made by us are still sold, but garments made to order in another workshop in Santiago and selected imported garments are also sold.
We are in the process of recruiting the best team in the world! But for now we are only two women (mother and daughter).
Currently all packages are being sent by starken on a cash on delivery basis. You can request the Freight Order for your package directly to our whatsapp. Then you enter the starken website and track the status of your package with the code.
We are an online store only!, but we would love to have a physical point of sale soon.
Although we only ship via Starken, you can request the option of picking up in Ñuñoa via our WhatsApp, as long as the item is available in stock.
No changes or refunds are made on request. As an SME, we do not have physical locations to facilitate changes in each region of Chile.
Exchanges or refunds are only made in the event of a fault with the item. All procedures must be done via WhatsApp.
Most of our products are returned to stock once they are sold out, however there are some cases where the fabric is out of stock and therefore cannot be made, or the supplier no longer produces the garment.
We strongly recommend hand washing or cleaning garments with applications such as crystals, studs, eyelets or rivets. The materials used have been treated to prevent oxidation, but the more you take care of your garment, the longer it will last!
If it is a delicate fabric garment (even if it does not have applications), it should be washed in the delicate clothing mesh in the washing machine.

Shipments are only made within Chile. At the moment, shipments are not made outside the country.
